The CD “Transmission High Gear” is full of energy. It is made for dance enthusiasts and those who really enjoy well played country music. 
The music is selected and put together with great care and understanding.

No doubt, the listeners of the CD feel the same energy that is being experienced at live concerts around Scandinavia.

During a period of almost 2 decades Desert Track has been a popular band at line-dancer and country parties. With this CD the music is also available at club evenings.

Desert Track has been well received in Danish National Radio in two different radio shows – “Eldorado” hosted by Jørgen de Mylius and “Friday on the Move” hosted by Hans Otto Bisgaard. Furthermore Desert Track has been broadcasted on TV – “Desert Track – Live” on channel DK4. The programme was very well received.
Desert Track has also been played quite a lot in foreign radio stations. The song “Goldwing” reached no. 7 on the Nashville Top 40.

Desert Track is a well-playing country band from Øst-Jylland. They play a wide range of country music and perform live brilliantly. Desert Track mainly play New Country but also well known “Old School”

The band has now existed for 24 years and has gathered great experience throughout two decades at both big as well as smaller scenes all over Scandinavia.
Desert Track plays music at all sorts of events. The variety is huge – from wedding receptions and anniversaries – to country festivals and line-dance parties.
